Autoblinda AB 40 Ferroviaria, 1/35 Italeri
This is my latest build, started in the Spring and finally finished. Italeri's Autoblinda. Mod's were, I made hinge butts with plastic card for the upper hull doors. The pistol ports were sealed. Exhaust flange was made of plastic with a punch and die set. Door handles were made of plastic rod. Copper wire was used for the sandbox control cables. Light lenses were made of clear plastic also punched with P and D set, and the barrels were drilled out. I used a cammo scheme that may not have ever existed but seems like I couild have a Pz grey base with desert sand over it. Both colors were mixed from various paints. Weathering was done with oils, AK products and ground pastel pigments. A pretty cool different vehicle I think and a nice subject to model.
