"Guns"? I scratch build the kit molds were quite "blobby"

X Wing Fighter

This is AMT/Ertl's X Wing, I scratch build the "guns" but the rest is OOB, not the best X Wing kit by far but with some work its not that bad either.

Kalinin

The Kalinin in 1/700 by Trumpeter was a very enjoyable build for me. Its a huge ship for a Cruiser over 800 feet long and I think very impressive looking. Painting and masking the decks for paint was a bear, as was some of the tiny PE but all in all I am happy with the results. My next ship modeling project will be a 1/700 IJN ship.Hopefully I get to it and get it done before Fall.
